Washington University is conducting a North City Needs Assessment on behalf of Catholic Charities. St. Matthew is participating in the assessment by completing the survey. The purpose of the needs assessment, which is specific to Zip codes 63113 and 63115, is to identify the strengths and resources available within the community to meet the needs of children, youth, and families. The information obtained will be used to determine and address "gaps" between current conditions and desired conditions within our community.

Completion of the survey by May 11, 2018 is requested. The survey can be completed either online by clicking here or by downloading one of the survey formats on the right and printing it. Paper surveys may be dropped off at St. Matthew, 2715 North Sarah Street, from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm.
